Sadie Ravnitzky
Guggenheim Securities
Sadie Ravnitzky is currently an investment banking analyst in the Power, Utilities and Renewables group at Guggenheim Partners in New York, where she also interned. She is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona and graduated from The Dyson School at Cornell University where she majored in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in finance and a minor in real estate. During her time at Cornell, she co-founded Diversity on the Street.
Mia Millstein
Mia is a junior studying Applied Economics and Management at Dyson. She is originally from Washington, DC, and joined DOTS Fall of 2020. She wanted to join DOTS because of the inclusivity and welcoming environment of the club. Mia loves DOTS' mission and is excited to continue to be a part of DOTS as a Sector Leader this semester. At Cornell, Mia is President of Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity, Team Lead for Cornell University Sustainable Design (CUSD), and helped found Grub Ventures. In her free time, Mia likes to work out at Orange Theory. This past summer Mia worked at Anheuser-Busch as a Global Management Trainee Intern and next summer she will be an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Jefferies.
Allison Chang

Allison is currently working as an analyst at CitiBank in Equity Capital Markets. She graduated from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management as an Applied Economics and Management major concentrating in Finance and Business Analytics in 2022. She is from Dallas, Texas and joined DOTS Spring '19. At her time at Cornell, Allison was on the varsity swim team and served as captain her senior year. Some of her hobbies include: painting, watching movies, and writing!


Maxwell Wang
CitiBank
Max majored in Industrial Labor Relations and graduated in 2021. He was originally from Taiwan, but grew up in the Bay Area and Shanghai. Max was a founder of DOTS and strives to promote diversity and equal opportunity within the finance industry. Currently, Max is working as a senior analyst at Citi within the infrastructure finance team.
Wellington Lema
KKR
Wellington is an Analyst at KKR and is a member of the Real Estate Strategies team where he is actively involved in Real Estate capital raising activities. Prior to joining KKR, he interned at Barclays as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst and RBC Capital Markets as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. In his spare time, Wellington enjoys long distance running, traveling, visiting art museums, and eating out with friends.


Charlie Mouaikel
Accel-KKR
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Charlie was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at RBC in New York. While at RBC, Charlie focused on buy-side M&A, sell-side M&A and fairness opinion mandates for clients in the Technology sector.
Charlie holds a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.

Catherine Steube
J.P. Morgan
Catharen Stuebe is an analyst on J.P. Morgan’s Not-for-Profit Healthcare investment banking team within Public Finance. Prior to her current role, Catharen was a Credit Analyst within J.P. Morgan’s commercial bank, supporting the healthcare services and life sciences team. Catharen graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Economics.

Jon Eisenson
Bank of America Merril Lynch
Jonathan is an associate in Equity Research at Bank of America, covering cybersecurity and data networking. He previously worked at Bloomberg in Equity Research, covering enterprise software, and majored in Finance and Business Analytics in Dyson at Cornell University (class of 2020). Prior to graduating, he interned in private equity and consulting.
Vernon Lindo
SMBC
Vernon Lindo is currently a Municipal Finance Analyst in the Public & Infrastructure Finance Group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) where he primarily provides deal support for transportation, utility, and state and local government clients. Prior to this role, Vernon was an Associate Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools and completed his summer internship with RBC in their Municipal Finance group. Vernon graduated with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell’s ILR School in May 2020.


Kevin Vargas
CIBC
Kevin is an analyst in Debt Capital Markets at CIBC Capital Markets, where he sits within the investment grade Power & Utilities team. He has been at CIBC since March 2021. Prior to his current role, Kevin was a Credit Analyst within J.P. Morgan’s commercial bank, where he worked on term loan and revolving credit facility underwriting in the Healthcare industry vertical. Kevin graduated from the University of Central Florida in May 2020.
