Grace Seto
Sector Lead
Grace is a freshman from Long Island majoring in Applied Economics and Management. She joined DOTS in Fall 2024 for its collaborative culture and to explore business, specifically in the realm of finance. On campus, Grace is involved in the KKR Accelerator Scholars Program and Society for Women in Business (SWIB). Beyond academics, she enjoys swimming, baking, and traveling.
Josshua Rodriguez
Sector Lead
Josh is a freshman from Rockaway Park, NY, majoring in Applied Economics and Management. He joined DOTS in Fall 2024 due to its supportive finance environment and the club's amazing learning opportunities. On campus, Josh is also part of BlackGen Capital, Dyson Diversity Council, and is a KKR Accelerator Scholar. Beyond academics, he enjoys playing soccer, cooking a variety of foods, and loves playing FIFA.


Briana Mach
Sector Lead
Briana is a freshman from Queens, NY, majoring in Applied Economics and Management. She joined DOTS in Fall 2024 to set up a strong foundation in finance while engaging with a diverse community. On campus, Briana is also part of the Society for Women in Business and is a KKR Accelerator Scholar. Beyond academics, she enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and experimenting with new skincare products.
Isabella Lin
Sector Lead
Isabella is a sophomore from Buffalo, NY studying Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences with minors in Real Estate and Business. She joined DOTS in Spring 2024 to gain exposure to finance and connect with like-minded individuals. Isabella has current and past experiences in Real Estate Private Equity, Real Estate Development, and REITs. Outside of academics, she enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, traveling, and watching the Denver Broncos.


Jose Salinas
Sector Lead
Jose is a sophomore born in Mexico who lives in Illinois. He is majoring in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Accounting. Curious about finance, he joined DOTS to learn more about the field and to build a supportive community. Beyond DOTS, Jose is also involved in the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), Scholars of Finance, serves as a Senator for Diverse Leaders of Tomorrow, and is a KKR Accelerator Scholar. Beyond academics, Jose loves playing and watching soccer: he is a huge fan of FC Barcelona. He also enjoys weightlifting and playing video games.

Sandy Chen
Sector Leader
Sandy is a sophomore at Cornell studying Industrial Labor Relations with minors in Applied Economics, Business, and Sustainable Business & Economic Policy. She joined DOTS in the Fall of 2024 to gain foundational knowledge in finance through the education series and to be a part of the inclusive community. She is passionate about public sector finance, global labor practices, impact investing, education equity, and public policy. In previous summers, she interned in municipal finance and workforce development. When she's back home in New York City, she enjoys exploring cafes and having spicy soft tofu stew with friends.



Matthew Walker
Sector Lead
Matthew Walker is a sophomore at Cornell’s Dyson School studying Applied Economics and Management. Originally from Long Island, New York, he is passionate about entrepreneurship, consulting, and finance. Last summer, he served as Chief Strategy Officer for Clean N’ Go Powerwashing and was a PwC Consulting Extern, gaining insight into consulting and nonprofits. In spring 2023, he joined Diversity on the Street to promote financial accessibility for all people. On campus, he is Vice President of Finance & Operations for Scholars of Finance and involved in the Dyson Undergraduate Council and Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow. He enjoys fitness, basketball, and real estate investing.

Alfredo Avila
Sector Leader
Alfredo is a freshman from Westchester, New York, Majoring in Applied economics and management. He joined DOTS in Fall 2024 to build a strong foundation in finance while being part of a tight-knit and supportive community, where members uplift each other and grow together both personally and professionally, and also value diverse perspectives. On campus, Alfredo is also involved with Cornell Alternative Investments, the KKR Accelerator Scholars program, BlackGen Capital, and MexSA.
