

Meet the E-Board
Junior Mensah Bonsu
President
Junior Mensah Bonsu is a junior from Kumasi, Ghana, studying Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences. He joined DOTS in the spring of 2023 to gain a strong understanding of finance through DOTS NME and stock pitches, as well as to connect with like-minded individuals.On campus, he is involved in SCC, Cru, and the Cornell Christian Business Society. Outside of DOTS, Junior enjoys movies, soccer, hanging out with friends, pickleball, amusement parks, bowling, and go-karting.


Janice Shen
President
Janice is a junior from Hong Kong, double majoring in Economics and Information Science. She joined DOTS in spring 2024 to gain professional and technical skills in the financial industry. This past summer, she interned at Moore Capital Management where she conducted thematic market research and utilized big data to help forecast key monthly economic indicators. On campus, she is also on the Cornell Equestrian Team and likes to play basketball and hike with friends.
Jose Salinas
Executive Vice President & VP of Internal Relations
Jose is a junior at Dyson who was born in Mexico and lives in Illinois. He is majoring in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Accounting. Curious about finance, he joined DOTS to learn more about the field and to build a supportive community. Beyond DOTS, Jose is also involved with the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) and is a Mentor for the KKR Accelerator Scholars Program. Apart from academics, Jose loves playing and watching soccer: he is a huge fan of FC Barcelona. He also enjoys weightlifting and gaming.


Briana Mach
VP of External Relations
Briana is a sophomore from Queens, NY, majoring in Applied Economics and Management. She joined DOTS in Fall 2024 to set up a strong foundation in finance while engaging with a diverse community. On campus, Briana is also part of Cayuga Capital, Cornell Bioventures, the Society for Women in Business, and is a KKR Accelerator Scholar. Beyond academics, she enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and experimenting with new skincare products.
Myra Kacha
VP of External Relations
Myra is a sophomore studying Economics and Government with a minor in Business. She joined DOTS in Fall 2024 to gain both professional and technical skills while deepening her understanding of financial topics within a supportive community. This past summer, she interned as a private banking rotational intern at Interaudi Bank, as well as a AI and marketing analytics intern at Kuizu, a mobile AI computing startup. On campus, Myra is involved in Social Enterprise at Cornell and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law while also being a part of the Cornell Tradition Fellowship.

Alfredo Avila
VP of Engagement
Alfredo is a freshman from Westchester, New York, Majoring in Applied economics and management. He joined DOTS in Fall 2024 to build a strong foundation in finance while being part of a tight-knit and supportive community, where members uplift each other and grow together both personally and professionally, and also value diverse perspectives. On campus, Alfredo is also involved with Cornell Alternative Investments, the KKR Accelerator Scholars program, BlackGen Capital, and MexSA. Beyond academics, he enjoys playing guitar and listening to music, snowboarding, and thrifting for clothes.
Grace Seto
VP of Marketing
Grace is a sophomore from Long Island majoring in Applied Economics and Management. She joined DOTS in Fall 2024 for its collaborative culture and to explore business, specifically in the realm of finance. On campus, Grace is the President of Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow and is involved with the Society for Women in Business as well as the KKR Accelerator Scholars Program. Beyond academics, she enjoys swimming, baking, and traveling.



Vicky Lin
VP of Internal Relations
Vicky is a sophomore from Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. She is majoring in Applied Economics and Management with a minor in Real Estate and concentrations in Finance and Accounting. She joined DOTS in Fall 2024 to learn more about the field of finance, while being in a supportive, diverse environment. On campus, Vicky is also a Cornell Traditions Fellow and a KKR Accelerator Scholar. She also volunteers as an event planner for Muse Squad, a non-profit organization. Outside of academics, she enjoys going on runs, watching baseball, and going on random Target runs with friends.
Rayaan Lodi
VP of NME
Rayaan is a Sophomore at Dyson, planning on concentrating in business analytics and minoring in computer science. Although more interested in consulting, he joined DOTS in Fall 2025 to gain a solid understanding of Finance basics and recruitment. Outside of school, Rayaan has been working at a Cornell alumni-founded startup and enjoys watching basketball (Knicks!), lifting, and running.


Jonathan Thomas
VP of NME
Jonathan is a sophomore studying Applied Economics and Management. He joined DOTS in fall 2025 to learn more about investing and valuation while being part of a close-knit, collaborative group. Academically and professionally, Jonathan has gained experience through an Equity Research internship, where he analyzes companies, evaluates financial performance, and follows market and sector trends. Outside of academics, his interests include basketball, poker, watching sports, and board games.
